Structure: it is composed of two coupling sleeves with high concentricity.
One side: iso4762 with clamping collar and side screw
Other side: expansion mandrel with inner cone and screw iso4762. The recommended hole diameter tolerance for expansion mandrel is H7. Three different structures can be selected for the elastic ring.
Temperature range: depends on the quincunx elastic ring selected.
Torsional rigidity: quincunx elastic rings with different shore hardness are provided for the optimization of transmission system.
Fit clearance: shaft sleeve connection 0.01 - 0.05 mm.

Clamping collar: high strength aluminum from series to 450 and steel from Series 800
Inner cone + expansion mandrel: Steel
Elastic ring: made of precision molded, extremely wear-resistant and heat-resistant plastic material
Speed: refer to the table for the standard. It can reach 4000 rpm or 22000 RPM according to different series. When the speed exceeds 4000 rpm, the claw coupling must use fine dynamic balance (please specify).
